CBRN Incident Commander Course





TARGET AUDIENCE

The target group for this course is the incident commanders or the field commanders of CBRNE Incidents.

COURSE AIM

To qualify the response team leaders/incident commanders/ consultants to analyze, plan and respond to any possible criminal or terrorist activity involving CBRN agents.
This course is in line with NFPA 472, NATO STANAGS and best practice for emergency/first response personnel.

  • Overview Human Behavior during a CBRN Crisis

COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT

Participants are required to pass an assessment (written examination).

PREREQUISITES

Participants should meet the following criteria:
  • Likely to be deployed as incident commander
  • Completion of CBRN Incident Response Training
  • Medically and physically fit
  • Communication skills, leadership skills, analytical skills

METHOD OF TRAINING:

Delivery methods include: Classroom and Practical Training; Tabletop exercises.
